When setting up a limited company, you'll need to provide a registered office address. Every company registered in Malta must have a registered office in Malta. Any changes to the company’s registered office must always be notified to the Registrar of Companies. 1. Registered Email Address: - You must also provide an email address for your company. - This email address won't be publicly available but may be used by the Malta Business Registry to contact you about your company. Remember to have the address in place before registering your company. If you need to update your registered office address, you can do so online or by paper form within 14 days of the change.
